1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using BackendFlow (“Platform” or “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of BackendFlow and refrain from creating an account or subscribing to any courses.
2. Account Registration & Security
To unlock full backend curriculum paths, interactive code compilers, and digital certificates, you must register for an account:
- Single-User License: Each user account is strictly personal. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your login credentials or active subscription to another individual or entity.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account profile updated.
- Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@backendflow.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Pro Subscriptions, Pricing & Invoicing
BackendFlow provides both free preview modules and paid Pro Membership tiers (including promotional rates such as ₹599 plans) that unlock comprehensive curriculum access:
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized currencies as displayed at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your chosen plan.
Upon successful transaction completion, a digital invoice receipt with a unique transaction reference is automatically generated and made available in your account.
Due to the immediate digital delivery of proprietary curriculum and dedicated cloud compiler resources, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscription auto-renewals and duplicate payment exceptions are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on BackendFlow—including technical syllabus notes, system architecture diagrams, video tutorials, algorithmic problem sets, interactive code sandboxes, and platform source code—is the exclusive proprietary property of BackendFlow and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
We grant active enrolled users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational study.
Strictly Prohibited: You may not record, scrape, redistribute, republish, mirror, sublicense, or sell any BackendFlow curriculum, slides, exercises, or videos on any external platform (including YouTube, Telegram, or torrent trackers). Violators will face immediate termination and legal action.
5. Code Sandbox & Compiler Acceptable Use
BackendFlow provides sandboxed execution environments for practicing backend languages (Go, Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, C++, Rust). By using these sandboxes, you agree:
- Educational Use Only: Code sandboxes are intended exclusively for testing exercise solutions and programming challenge benchmarks.
- Prohibited Code Execution: You must not compile or run code intended to perform cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, port scanning, privilege escalation, server resource exhaustion, or distribution of malware.
- Resource Limits: Sandboxes operate under strict CPU, memory, and timeout limits (e.g. 5-second execution limit). Bypassing limits is considered a violation of service.
6. Community Discussion & Conduct Rules
BackendFlow fosters a collaborative, technical, and respectful developer environment. When posting comments on articles, interacting in forums, or participating in live masterclasses:
- Maintain professional and constructive communication. Hate speech, harassment, vulgarity, and personal attacks are strictly forbidden.
- Do not post unsolicited promotional spam, affiliate links, or external malware links.
- We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or permanently remove any comment that violates community safety standards.
7. Verifiable Digital Certificates
Digital certificates of completion are awarded to students who satisfy all module requirements, pass practical assessments, and submit verified coding milestones:
- Certificates are verifiable via unique platform verification hashes and URLs.
- BackendFlow reserves the right to revoke or invalidate any certificate if plagiarism, automated bot submission, or cheating is substantiated.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM AND ALL EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
While we strive for 99.9% platform availability and up-to-date industry architecture patterns, BackendFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted service, that our courses guarantee specific job placement, or that code tested on our sandboxes will be error-free in external production systems.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACKENDFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to BackendFlow immediately, without prior notice or refund, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms or related policies.
- You engage in unauthorized account sharing, mass scraping, or curriculum piracy.
- You abuse coding sandboxes for malicious activities.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
